At Precious About Make-up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your Return Authorization number.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
